Garner revitalization association

The Garner Revitalization Association (GRA) was formed in 2005 by the Town of Garner to lead efforts to revitalize Downtown Garner and the North Garner Area. GRA has since been incorporated as a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization. The GRA is managed by a nine-member board of directors and is staffed by a part-time Executive Director. The organization is guided by the North Garner Plan, developed with input from the community and adopted by the Town of Garner, which provides a long-term vision for this area.
