North Garner Plan
north garner small area plan

A demand existed with certain segments of the Town’s population to focus efforts on revitalizing
the North Garner area. There has been the perception that over the years, as the Town grew,
the old central business district received little attention. The Town was also targeted for the
third phase of transit development for the Triangle Transit Authority (TTA). This requires the
delineation of transit stops and/or park-and-ride sites.
